Two pieces of luxurious and buttery shortbread bar made with the highest quality pastured organic butter and evaporated cane juice. Made with sprouted heritage wheat we grow on Lopez Island. Chiddam Blanc de Mars is a beautiful 1852 French selection of an even older British landrace wheat. With a light creamy color and sweet flavor that is intensified and enlivened by sprouting, this shortbread is a unique, nutrient dense, and satisfying treat. Topped with salt from our neighbors at San Juan Sea Salt.
