A blend of Fortuna hard red spring wheat, Dala hard red spring wheat, and Chiddam Blanc de Mars this is our standard bakery blend for making whole grain loaves. A delicate flour that requires careful handling, but yields an incredibly flavorful and gorgeous loaf. Or mix it with your favorite white flour for a flavor and nutrition boost.
